Possible Transfers to Behemoth, main WAR with BLM friend

Hello, i am a main WAR tank focusing solely on raiding. Been playing since a week after ARR launch as tank, have turns 1-4 on farm, have yet to find a group to farm 5 with consistently. The current server i am on (Zalera) is extremely low populated and it seems to be falling apart. Im looking into moving servers and Behemoth has caught my eye, can you tell me anything about the current status of Behemoth? Is there a consistent number of individuals active on the PF. Is the server capacity nearly full at all times? any fc's with static groups needing a WAR and BLM? What are the other leading FC's on Behemoth? just a summary in general if you could, if not no problem.

My friend and i are mainly into progression with a lil crafting on the side. we both have mostly free schedules, have progressed to turn 5, but no successful win with the current server pop. Basically lookin for an fc we can join that is laid back/ into progression, but are open to hardcore as well.

Hey Sub,

Just figured I'd give you an overview of the community from someone that participates in it and is also not actively recruiting for coil (We're a casual guild and just mess around for fun). Anyways on to the meat and taters. Overall Behemoth is currently a very active community. I wouldn't call it overcrowded, but it is definitely not lacking in skilled players. Most nights there are 20+ groups in Party Finder for varying objectives from farming AV's first room up through coil and the extremes. As with anything you'll run into your share of groups that can't complete the content they're setting out to do. As such, if you're thinking moving to a high populated server is the silver bullet you need to get everything you want then it's not going to be the case.

The server does get queues at times on monday and Tuesday nights and we occasionally got the 90k problem in duty servers that seemed to affect most of the community. That being said, neither I nor my FC reported any problems with it last night so perhaps Squeenix has it under control. Getting in most of the time isn't an issue and the only time when you'll hit a 2 minute queue is on Mondays and Tuesdays. Occasionally a very busy Sunday will pop up too, but that's rare.

There are a lot of raiding FCs on the server. The ones I've come in contact with most are Resonate, Level 99, and Elysian but they are just who I have had the most contact with. If you would like to get a sense of progression Behemoth then I recommend checking out the Behemoth Progression Thread maintained by Eiko. He does a great job with keeping that up to date so it should give you some of a clue on if people are as far as you're wanting.

Other than that, what I can say about Behemoth is that I've found this to be a very welcoming community and overall I'm happy with my choice to be here. Good luck with whatever your choice is and maybe I'll see you around Mor Dhona some time
