    Account was cancelled and I did not do it HELP!!!!!

    My husbands square enix account was cancelled for no reason, we have been charged for the service but for some reason every time he tries to log in it says "your account has already been cancelled" it's absolutely ridiculous that we pay the money to play this game and they don't have a 24/7 support line to get to the bottom of this. Please help us! He DID NOT CANCEL HIS ACCOUNT WHY IS IT SAYING IT WAS CANCELLED!!!!!

    Of course that involves calling the support center and they aren't open on the weekend. I love how far the subscription fee goes for customer support. This is just ridiculous. They put my account on hold like 6 weeks ago because they said it was compromised , also had nothing to do with me

    wow i hope that you can get it resolved. And its true that you wont get an answer here. They should be more involved in the forums communicating with the players regarding technical issues, even if they have a support line over the phone. You are paying a subscription therefore you are a customer.
