What else is there to do in this game right now?

Exactly. Its tanks jobs to learn proper positioning, when to best use cooldowns, and how to keep there target on them while taking as little damage as possible. Its healers jobs to remove status effects, keep people alive or revive them, and to do so using as little MP as possible. Its our job as DPS to be constantly striving to do more damage, as safely as possible. There is certainly more to DPS than that, but this is the raw idea of it. Parsing everything helps you accomplish this, and CT is a good place to "practice" your DPS and figure out ways to further increase it, since there is a lot of room for error in CT.
