Did not receive credit for Titan Extreme win

Complaint:
At the end of the Titan Extreme fight I suffered from a error 9000. That is not uncommon. I logged back into the game to find myself dead(no surprise due to the 9k) but my group ended up winning the fight. Problem was i did not have the option to return or raise myself. i laid there dead. The victory music was playing and the loot chest was opened and a ring of fending had dropped. i passed the drop and decided to log off and on to see if that solved the problem. it did not... instead i was dead in the middle of east shroud. i did not receive credit for the win but i did receive the mythology tomes. Someone please explain this to me. I know i can simply re do the fight and try to win it again... but how is this fair to me as a player and paying customer that the one thing i play for was ripped from my hands and outside of my power. i dont care about the drops i just want my titan extreme clear for my weekly. i will not gain any more mythology so you can clearly see i have the exact amount he rewards. I have a couple players that i can remember that was also in this fight. Alhandra Starbreeze and Siegfried Chulainn from the same server as I. please help me solve this issue. if you can not solve it then please explain to me how this is fair to the players who suffer from this.

Should have stayed online. You get credit handed to you when you exit the instance via normal means (exit point, exiting via DF, exiting via the automated boot 5min~ after clear), not by being off your account, where the server removes you from the instancing server if it's expired.

Happened to me in CT, missed the loot for a net crash. Nothing you can do about it am affraid. Sorry mate
