    So I guess what I've taken from this thread is - FCs shouldn't be more than 8 people.

    This is the case with all MMOs. People form cliques (like they do in high school / internet forums) and anyone asking for help usually get ignored or scorned. Once a member of the "clique" leaves then she/he must be replaced and that's where the drama comes into play.
