Myth items bought but not appearing in armoury

So... I bought a myth item (hero choker of healing) and spent 375 myth tomes to do so. Checked my armoury to equip it and see my new ilvl and it wasn't there. I checked if I had bought the wrong one but no new item were in armoury/inventory/retainer. My myth tomes however were gone so I spent my tomes on... nothing?

Don't know if this has happened to anyone but after saving for weeks a nice amount of myth and have the item not appear is rather annoying. Sort it out SE since you asked me to report it on here. I want the item I bought with my tomes
