Weekly locking out needs to be removed from all the future content

if it were the other way youd be complaining that you got geared in a week and have nothing to do.

But that's the thing. It shouldn't matter if we get geared out. The game needs to be more than a gear grind to foster a positive community. Gear grinds cause the different groups that these games attract to rub each other the wrong way, and it results in a lot of the negativity we see in the forums. An MMORPG is only as healthy as the community it fosters.

2. Making it to where you can repeat content ad nauseam will turn Coil into something you PUG instead of something you run with your FC or a close knit group. Maybe this isn't a problem for some, but I don't particularly want to play with random people all the time, especially if the sample size is taken from some of the Ex PF groups I've been in...

But people do pug coil so... Your entire post is invalid. People pugging pug because the people they know aren't that good. That's not a problem with the content. The fact that tens of pugs clear 1-4 each week on my server makes any type of argument invalid. The content doesn't require a static and people join static groups for their own reasons.

How about getting loot locked even if you dont roll for anything? this way players dont get flooded with items while still allowing them to do multiple runs in said instance if they want to train or just kill other stuff than primals.
