Vote-Kick system suggestion

can you make so the vote-kick system ACTUALLY works?

lols when a persons connection is going out. and they don't time-out properly. you can hit vote-kick and the game SAYS Player Dismissed. i have literally kicked a player from the dungeon multiple times. and still finished the dungeon with that same player after they have came back online.

is silly xD or maybe i am missing something?

The development team is aware that when removing party members with the vote dismiss feature there are some occasions where that same person will fill the empty party spot when you are searching for new members. They will be carefully looking into how to address this.

The easiest solution would probably be to give them a penalty like what happens when you quit a dungeon midway, but at the same time there are people that abuse the vote kick system (kicking people in CT due to possible loot competition) so it might not be the most fair way to go about it. It seems like it'd be harder to track individual instance IDs of where someone was kicked though and putting in code to make sure they join an in-progress run of anything BUT that instance ID, but I'm not a programmer so I don't really know.

I had a guildhest where this issue came up. A bard started in with us and and after a couple minutes we realized he was afk at the start. So we waited for the 5 minute mark and kicked him. Seconds later a replacement shows up and it was the same guy who once again stayed at the start without moving. We kicked him again and decided to 3-man it rather than carry that loser through.

I want this.
I cannot begin to explain how some people act when doing dungeons. Also might allow us to cut down on the few bots that are in the game. Vote-kicking people who simply do not follow orders or who simply do not communicate with the team would help immensely while training classes :/
