Vote-Kick system suggestion

Or what if you are the Troll, and you vote kick some one that is doing nothing wrong. Goes both ways i guess.

Then that person is lucky and won't get rolled back into the dungeon with the trolls who kicked them with this suggestion. I've heard this suggestion a few times now. The problem is it may not be feasible. The most obvious countermeasure here is to impose the 30 min lockout to vote kicked people. This unfortunately would have an adverse effect on people who get trolled.
