You cannot remove party kicks since it would be a heaven for trolls and afk'ers. Or if you think they are bullies now,how about the nonstop abuse you would get from these people when you couldn't kick them at all?I think a lot of the people are missing the point
if it took me an hour to queue up then i get kicked from pt cause I went afk for RR i'd be pretty pissed
I don't DF much anymore, for whatever reason people in PF are slightly more human and you can forewarn them of your situation
I'm sure you can find a way to play this game with less stress and not affect your RL health
People seem very impatient now that they can kick someone and get a replacement easily. As soon as someone DC's some people throw up a vote to kick them, at least give people a few minutes to try and log back in, we've all had a rogue 90k error throw us off once in a while.
A couple of days ago I got kicked from a party. My wife had just got home and I wanted to greet her, so after we were done with the mobs we were fighting, I said I'd be right back and went to see her. I was back at the PC a couple of minutes later just in time to see myself get kicked. I hope it took them a long time to find another healer.
I still don't get all thecomplaining about vote kick, there has to be a reason for getting kciked and if there isn't I would've been glad they have kicked me because I don't want to play with people like that anyway. I haven't been kicked ever and the only times I've seen people getting kicked is because they're very rude or they are AFK/offline. I can't help but think that these people getting kicked over and over all the time are getting kicked for a reason.

Hey, another person that thinks pvp is bad. It isnt.

If you're willing to leave a game because a group of folks thought you were afk and gave you das boot and your friend so upset over a kick that she was physically ill over it you both need to find a new hobby.
That said, the party kick system is perfect. If the group doesn't want you around, regardless of the reason, they have the right to remove you. An individual cannot do this, it requires the majority. If the majority wants you gone, you were the problem.
lol, ok but seriously, thats a bit much. Anger, maybe some teary eyes even ... but sobbing over a toilet seat vomiting? She does realize these are complete strangers, right?
Not that I think SE bothers to do anything about it (there are more serious problems they just ignore just the same) but all you can do is report them. It IS against the rules to kick someone for reasons other than what is given in the Vote Kick feature, SE just need to enforce it.

extended afk is one of the acceptable reasons listed

It's almost amusing to see dudebros with an empathy deficit come to these types of threads acting like bullying and abuse is no big deal.
Hint: No one (let me repeat it slowly so one of your brain cells will have time to catch it: NO...ONE) deserves this kind of abuse and harassment in a multiplayer video game.
I'd call on the OP to consider giving the game another chance and join a Free Company/Linkshell so there's no need to always rely on Duty Finder.

Your fellow players are not your therapists. We are not required to coddle you.
I'm entirely certain I'm not the only one that would rather be told I was scrubbing it up and to get good or get out than be told what a special little flower I am regardless of the fact that I've been hitting the wrong mob for several minutes while ignoring the pleas of my party to follow the marks.
