Raging Strikes - Virus - Bio/Bio2/Miasma (Order isn't terribly important, though it may be prudent to open up with Bio First) - Shadow Flare - Bane (If Multiple Enemies), Or Energy Drain (If you need Mana now or for future stability), or Fester (If neither of the other two options apply) - Ruin 2 - Rouse - Ruin 2 - Spur - Ruin 2.

NEVER spam ruin 2....NEVER. does the same damage as ruin and cost twice the mana, only useful when you have to move or if you need to apply a blind.
