    Enkidu [101 Lore]

    Just something for people who do not know much about Enkidu since SE has recently revealed Enkidu in FF14 as the green chicken. However there is not much lore to discuss except for a few important notes...

    Enkidu is Gilgamesh's companion during his long journey to find the legendary sword Excalibur and has been with Gilgamesh since FFV before both of them were banished into the Void by Ex-death.



    Due to the void, Enkidu appearance is sometimes altered when he enters different Final Fantasy world with Gilgamesh which is why he takes on the form of a chicken in FF14.

    Ahem...

    Seriously though, your right that his appearance across FF titles isn't really consistent, seeing as he started as a flying goblin (a pallette swap of another enemy), a mechanical doll in FFXI, then became a wolf in FFXII, but I guess we'll find out the reasons for his avian appearance in Eorzea soon enough.

    I really hope they make the fight with Gilgamesh is epic. If he really takes your weapons if you lose the fight we will see no one walk into that fight with their relics haha.

    We will see most people walk in the fight with their relics since once Coil is delocked and made easier everyone will have il95 t5 weapons.
