Completed Titan Extreme and upon handing in the quest reset itself.

Situation:

So basically title sums it up, I completed Titan extreme last night after smashing my head against the wall with him for just over a month. However it was late and I logged off soon after completion, just so we are clear i survived the fight received Titans Caster earnings along with the achievement and clicked on the exit portal to leave. My character was back in Limsa where i entered the que and i logged off shortly.

Fast forwarding to today, I log on around 12pm to hand in the quest and i'm told to run around talking to the npcs which eventually leads me to "re attuning" back to the crystal which results in a pop up informing me that Titan EXM is now on the DF and to challenge him to complete the quest.

So the quest has essentially reset itself to the point where i just unlock titan in the DF even though I already entered the duty which clearly shows i already had it unlocked and was current with the quest hte night before and i have like i mentioned before an achievement and earings as proof of completion.

Would be great if i could have my journal updated, I don't think I can take grinding Titan exm again.
