Please Sell Restat Books for GIL

As it stands very few people do FATEs, and dungeons only reward Company Seals when using Roulette. This makes obtaining Seals for use on restat books a chore that you have to go above and beyond out of your way to obtain.
The problem is compounded by the fact that only lv50 players would ever want to restat themselves to try new builds (you no longer have a reason to do FATE or Roulette at 50 because Crystal Tower exists).

It is obvious that removing gil from the system is a high priority for the dev team,
so letting us buy restat books would be a very nice addition!

It may be useless for DPS, but for Tank/Healer (SCH being forced to split spec if they want to play SMN) it is much more valuable.
I would gladly spend 1-5k gil trying out new stat set ups on WAR/PLD, or a smaller amount (100g-500g) to restat myself every time I switch between SCH and SMN (Please for the love of all that is holy change this though!)

And nope, removing gil is not a high-priority for the DEV team, infact, it's the other way around. They're injecting gil to the game atm.

GC leves are nice, however they are very inefficient. Buying or crafting the items 9 times out of 10 gives very poor return on investment (oh good, 100 seals!), even for lv 50 crafts (300~400 seals). They are also limited by real life time and you are only granted a set number per day. Gil has no restriction and it would remove gil from the system (a primary goal for the Dev team in any MMO). They do contribute to be fair, if you so choose to use your daily allowance on them, but as the post states (if you read it) I want something better. Character limit restrictions on my post did not let me add mention of Leves, blame the forums!

I am currently working on GC supply and provisinoing achievements. I earn around 5K GC seals per day. I have the problem of having too many seals. I just spam buy g5 dark matter and just give it away to people in my FC.

But the devs have said that they will be changing it so that SCH and SMN will have separate stat allocations, so the constant need for respecing will go away, so leaving Keepers Hymns as a high priced seal items for those who make a once of mistake in stat allocations is fine.

This is incorrect. Dungeons typically drop up to a thousand seals worth of dungeon drops every run. Because most people just pass on them, it is super easy to get a lot of seals every time you run a dungeon, regardless of whether it is a duty roulette or not.

The vast majority of my seals have been and are earned this way. To be fair, there are a handful of dungeons (e.g. Stone Vigil or Dzemael Darkhold) which are not as useful for this, because they primarily drop crafting base items instead of pinks and greens. Most dungeons however are a veritable (and literal) treasure trove of seals.

I do this too and this is likely a large contributor to the seal count now that I am 50 all DoW/DoM and don't really FATE much anymore.

I spam leves every day, do my roulettes every day, turn in the gear from them for seals, and I STILL do not have enough to just maintain my Tier 5 dark matter supply. This is why I am simply suggesting another option to the pool currently available. Never anything wrong with more option. I run a lot of stuff with PUGs, meaning we wipe a LOT, so I burn through dark matter faster than a brush fire in California does a dry field. Why? It is just what's fun for me.

So you're complaining that you don't have enough seals to buy Hymns, but you spend them on tier 5 dark matter which you can buy from the general merchant in the market of every starting city for small amounts of gil? Instead of spending your seals of tier 5 dark matter save it for the stat respecs you want to buy, and then spend that gil you are willing to spend on respecs on that dark matter instead.

I have 12 Keeper's Hymns on a side right now and I'm not even trying... I don't know what else to spend these seals on by now.
