"Between Feb 28 & March 12 you will notice brief interruptions in your service due to sun outages. Twice each year, the sun is positioned directly in line with the ground-based satellites used to receive your programming.
The positioning causes short programming interruptions as the sun's energy overpowers signals transmitted by satellites.
This will happen several times throughout the day and normally last no more than 15 minutes each time."

I've noticed a lot of 90000 issues so far starting about the end of Feb, maybe this is why and not so much SE. I'd be interested to see what happens on March 13th when the sun isn't causing issues to my ISP (and maybe yours). I hope this is the real problem and not something on SEs' end of things. I feel a little better knowing there ain't jack any of us can do about the Sun. Don't know why I'm posting exactly, but it after reading the email I've not been quiet so enraged about the constant 90000 90002 2002 errors.
