Steps:
1. I've been given a quest by Rosalinde to check out the dark figure in the north of the shroud

2.Cannot abandon it, the map button doesn't work, there isn't any sort of indication on the map where to go and what to do, all I know is that I have to search for signs of a shadowy figure, but it cannot progress anywhere

I have previous player knowledge of how to do the quest, but the quest item (A satchel by the fireplace) does not appear

I can not cancel this quest. I have tried logging out then back in but there is no change.
