Crystal Tower Hard Mode please

i guess before CT hard mode there come first Aurun Vale hard mode.
And second, the only dungeons who are getting a hard mode are the ones in the low level dungeon section (Sastasha - Aurun Vale).

Yoshi already stated they had taken several mechanics out of the original CT to dumb it down for the duty finder. Leaving these mechanics in, and giving the enemies some buffs doesn't seem like it would be that much more work to make the game a million times better and increase its longevity.

Because it would be impossible to do the mechanics in a random alliance.
Imagine the platform mechanic in the Atomos fight in every boss fight with a random alliance.

1.- Ilv85+, this will keep away most the trolls ilv55.
2.- You need 100 commendations for have acess.
3.- Remove the 8 man limit via party finder.

You can create via party finder the entire alliance, or you can get 20 people and use the other 4 missing spots via DF.

The problem with this is point 2, what if you do all runs fully made up of FC members, or you only use the party finder and only go when you are full. These kinds of people won't be able to get the commendations.

I refuse to run with pugs at endgame... honestly none of endgame should be in Duty finder in my opinion.

I run purely with my guild, it is why have 1. The commendations are pointless mechanic SE added.

If I wanted I could force pug groups with my guild and be at 500 commendations by rigging runs and getting everyone to vote for me. How you think so many people have gold mounts... trust me the majority are not getting them the way SE designed it. It is the same way people are getting to capped level pvp by going in against mule partys and just having them stand still while you kill them. Easy rank up.

But here is a question. SE said coil will always be the best gear in the game at least until the expansion. So why would we want a harder version that will give us subpar garbage? CT is a joke now but as long as they want it to be "Casual" it will always be a joke. SE is too scared to piss off the casual gamers who demand everything handed to them with no time put into it.

The Hard Mode version would not be in the DF.

If they did this, they would have to simply change their philosophy and make the HM CT gear 10 or so ilvl higher than BCoB.

This again? The entire complex is the Crystal Tower, Labyrinth of the Ancients is just kind of like the basement of a building. That doesn't mean it's not part of the Crystal Tower.

Looking back on FFIII, no, Eureka is the basement. Labyrinth of Ancients is akin to the outer wall surrounding the courtyard.
