Thread: Registration code issue

HI, i am currently a ps3 ff14 player, i wanted to be able to also play on pc so that my wife could use the tv when needed.

I am aware that i needed a physical copy for both ps3 and pc to do so.

Its working well on ps3.

A friend of mine tryed the game for the 30 days period, he didnt like it much and he game me his pc copy. I installed the game with his copy and when asked if i have a SE account i enter the information, then it ask for registration code, i enter the registration code provided with the game and it says that it has already been registered. I am aware that its been registered, but the person who registered it will never be using it again.

What do i have to do to make it work? ask my friend to go delete the game registration from his SE account? Can SE provide me with one? How should this be done?

I already payed for the ps3 version, i also pay monthly for the game, i would expect to be able to play from pc or ps3.

Sorry, but you can't.

The registration code is one time only and can't be transferred. It's also not just a registration code, but it is essentially the free trial and because your friend already used that trial, the code is used too (if you want to look at it that way).

If you buy it again on PC though, when you register that code, you'll also get another 30 day trial added to your subscription so you will at least get another month. Sorry it's not quite what you wanted to hear, but hope it's some help!
