Missing cutscenes from the book in the Inn after skipping it for the first time.

Time: I don't remember when was the first time, but the second time was not too long ago: 9:49 Server Time - 03/08/2014 (MM/DD/YYYY)
Frequency: Always if you follow the steps below
World name: Behemoth
Character name: Mysuke Tokiwa
NPC name: The Unending Journey (book in the Inn)
Monster name: none
Class/Level: SMN/SCH 37
Party or solo: Solo and Party, doesn't matter
In-game time: Always
Area and coordinates: I don't remember
Steps:
1. If you skip a chain of cutscenes (which happens one after another non-stop but with some loading between them) you will not be able to watch all of them from the book in the Inn besides the first one.
2. As long you there's a chain of cutscenes like a stated above you WILL miss the cutscenes forever if it's your first time watching them.
3. Happened so far with two main scenario quests: "Into the Beast's Maw" and "All Good Things"

Example from the first one: After you beat the boss in The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak there's the victory scene from your party members then you can control your character again to pick the loot and commend party members, right? Ok, after you exit the dungeon there's another cutscene when the elder sylph drops from above and you use your "Echo" power to see her memories, if you skip that cutscene (before the loading to the next one) you will not be able to watch them again the Inn.

Same thing happened on the second one (All Good Things), you see the sylph almost dying you the ground and you use your Echo power to see her memories, i skipped during that cutscene (because the duty finder pop up appeared) and i can't watch the scene showing her memories about the attack in the walking sands anymore, it's lost forever.

Just to be sure i checked with a friend and he can re-watch the scenes just fine but he never skipped any of them on his first time.

If you guys can't fix or aren't planning to fix anytime soon at least try to manually unlock the scenes i reported for my character and i'll try to be more careful next time (or at least until you guys fix the issue for good).

There are several sections within the book where cutscenes are located.
Main Story and Duty are listed separately even if they belong to the same quest.

Have you checked all locations in the book?

Yes i did, actually i have several characters (one of them a lvl 50 White Mage which i didn't skip any cutscene) and it's all there to watch, i double checked myself.

I took some screenshots from both characters so you can see the difference, both in the same section of the book (Main Scenario).

And this is my old character (i don't play with it anymore) which i didn't skip any cutscene, as you can see there's more scenes to watch and they are exactly the ones i told about (The Echo memories):

Adding more fuel to the fire. This is also happening with Preatorium. This is on an alt who pretty much skipped all cut-scenes.

We've discussed the issue with the QA team and it seems that this bug has already been delivered to the Dev. team who has a fix in place for patch 2.2.
