Wasting GM Time!

So, an FC mate of mine got put in "Time out" today. Why? Because he said a naughty word in a CT run where just about EVERY ONE was saying naughty words. Someone reported him, so a GM pulls him into "time out" to remind him of the terms of service. What the heck? I pay $15 a month for this game, and they use my money to yell at someone for dropping an F bomb? WHY do I keep getting messages from the same gil spammers over and over even though I report them? WHY do I keep seeing the same bots farming the same areas day after day even though I report them? These people are RUINING the in game economy and effectively destroying the game. Yet, instead of having GMs be working on THIS KIND OF STUFF, they're yelling at people for saying naughty words. This is ridiculous! Please start making your GMs do things that are actually HELPFUL to the game.

Time Out:
There's no need for curse words in the first place. At lease make a funny creative word to replace it.

Gil spammer:
Go into your chat settings, make another box just for tells/shouts/ect.., turn off the ding sound, and there you go, you are now ignoring the spammers forever.

GM's:
You do realize they have a number of people working on this game and they each have a certain job they do to work on the game. In short, they ARE doing their jobs and being a game designer/programmer is a lot harder than you think. I should know because i'm in college to become a game designer.
