Neither can Alpine. Still, we need to see how good materias will be...like the max of HP being +28 isn't impressive at all...if they keep numbers this low its possible that bucca stay as best body even after attaching materia to harrier or toad harness...

But i don't think its a good time to compare endgame gear with crafted one since crafted gear might be receiving some balancing in order to not become OP with materia system.
