PS3/PS4 copy of the game: some questions

Hi,
i'm new at realm reborn and i quite don't get this system.
1. With new copy of the game i get activation code, right? I have to connect it with my SE account. One copy of game is only for one profile (account on psn) or whole system (ps3 console)? I mean- buying ONE COPY and paying TWO abonnaments can TWO players play on separate accounts on the same console? What with 30 days trial? Both players got it or just one? If one- which one?

2. I'd like to transfer PS3 copy to PS4 console. The free 30 days trial will be activated on new system? I mean i just bough the copy and want to start it soon so if i do transfer i should have about 5 days left. Can i play these days on PS4 or not?

3. I have PS4 and PS3 and i want to play with my wife. Can i just buy 2 copies (one for ps3 and one for ps4) to play on both? (i mean: sometimes i'll play on ps4 and sometimes my wife and well change consoles). Or i have to buy 4 copies?....

4. Is payment fee (abonament) for account or platform? If i pay for my account and have copies on ps3 and ps4, can i play on both of them or i need separate payments?

They are bound to your PSN account, so you have some portability across PS3 consoles. Not sure about the portability between PS3 and PS4 consoles on the same PSN account and license though. Think some users had posted they were having issues getting back in on their PS3 after activating the PS4 Beta. May have just been a glitch in the system though that they need to address. Not fully up to speed on the console releases, as I've decided to stick with the PC version on my PC and Laptop.

Fees are per account, and you have options for what type of account you get too. Be mindful of which one you choose--the more expensive one allows you to put more than one character on the same world, while the cheaper one restricts you to one per world. You can't make two characters on the same account and both of you play at the same time either--only one character can be logged in at a time from each account (only mention it because some have misunderstood that).

Fees by account ok- then if i prepaid for my gametime (like 60 days) then i can use this time AT ALL my platforms? I have copy for ps4 and ps3 so for one fee i can play everywhere? What about 30 day trail, it work the same? If i activate 30 day trial at the end of month can i play 5 days on ps3 and then trasfer to ps4 and play 25 days?

The most important is - how many copies (or cd keys) i need to play with my wife on ps4 and ps3 and if we want to change consoles (one day im on ps4, the next im on ps3 and my wife on ps4).

If you want to play on either the PS3 or PS4 for 1 person then you would have to buy a copy for each platform, so if you also wanted an account for your wife and the ability for her to play on either console you would have to buy a total of 4 games (2 PS3 and 2 PS4 copies).

Currently PS3 gamers can upgrade to a free copy of FFXIV on the PS4 (at launch) but once you transfer you can no longer log into your account on the PS3, hence why you would have to buy a copy for both platforms per person to be able to play on either one.

Your subscription time is linked to your account, so if you have 60 days on your account that covers play on any of the platforms but like I said above each platform you want to play on much have had a registration code used. So to clarify if you wanted to play 1 account on the PC, PS3 and PS4 then you would have had to buy 3 copies of the game (1 for each platform) and registered them against you SE account.

You only need 2 subscription though, that's a minor consolation but better than needing to subscribe to all 4 platforms I suppose. You should just do what I'm doing, leave the wife on her current PS3 and I'll upgrade my account to the PS4 for free, by all accounts once you've been on the PS4 version you won't want to go back to play on the PS3

well thats what im gonna do. If i start my 30 day trial next week, can i do transfer to ps4 and still paly the rest of the time?
I have my register code, if i register it today (but not instal game and play) - will the 30 day trial begin or just when i log in to the game?
