    game worked fine yesterday. Today I can't login

    I was able to play without any problems yesterday. Today I went to login and I press the green play button and get an error that internet explorer cannot open the site http://frontier.ffxiv.com/arr_win/news.html operation aborted and closes game.

    I had the same problem. Restarting computer fixed the issue for me.

    May have some corrupted files in the cache? Did you try deleting the Internet Explorer cache files?
