Time trials have a positive and a negative.

Positive: Better rewards, possibility of mounts.

Negative: Newer players would be singled out for not going fast enough. Everyone would expect a speedy completion.

Problem is, people are already in such a big ass hurry to finish content anyway, I'm really rather tired of it. Look at all the people complaining in the thread about Ifrit EX regarding the mechanic where you can't burn him during the final nail phase. Speed runs are already a thing, something like this implemented would only make it worse.

I think this would reduce the effects of #2 actually, provided there is a separate queue
