    I'm actually wondering why they didn't add the cape in the stiff canned animation sort of way that the unicorn mount's tail works (or rather, doesn't work). It's not particularly hard to bind portions of the cape to the rest of the skeleton so that it moves with you. The results are often bad, but again, look at that ugly unicorn mount. Also, they had an on/ off toggle for physics in 1.0 (seemed to largely affect the way your belt hung and bounced around...guess those are gone too though).

    Also, just look at DCUO capes, their physics is just amazing even on PS3. ( i played the PS3 version for 2 years).
