Free Company ranks

Simple question - how do i assign the ''joining'' rank within a Free Company.

For example, Sakura wants to join the Free Company. Invite her, and right as she joins she is given the rank of Minion instead of Supreme Overlord with all the powers of the FC.

How do i set the joining rank?

Dont't think that's even possible , every member that join will allways get lowest hierarchy rank i think . Then just promote this member to desired rank .

When you make the FC, you have 3 ranks:
Master
Officer
Member

Anyone who joins your FC is assigned to the Member rank, from there you can promote and assign them different ranks.

You can create like 10 more ranks or so.

I see. So in order to accommodate this oddity, i have had to vastly reorganize my entire ranking structure and hierarchy. /sigh

Oh well, only need to do it once and its done. Thanks for your replies.
