i thought this post may be in-relation to the actual weather affecting spells or what not as added bonus or penalty. Rain +lightning -fire. Oh well, no point in getting into on this thread.

Oh and for you Question, i dont think you can. There is an effect for distance which you can turn down will make a big difference. Also turn off any other effects you can if its real bad.
