How about you tell your smn's, you know... to focus on the nails?? because I know for damn sure aint no smn able to dot up all the nails with full dots before dots wear off the first... fact.

It's not a hard concept, many many MMO's have done fights that require you to pace your dps. Why is it a foreign concept? You must be trying to skip the last set of nails...
