I'm glad you're still around the forums providing your opinion. I've come across a bunch of your posts by now. I wish I could do the same, but I don't have it in me anymore to create another detailed and constructive criticism when the good amount I've done already go largely ignored.

My "List Your Concerns" thread was the best shot I could give. That's why I don't post as often anymore. This is pretty much a last ditch effort.

Well, I'm also slowly fading away from the forums. Those of us that would like to see more depth to the game are being bullied away and told to quit or just laughed at. *shrug* I'm angrily disappointed. FFXI went linear, and that no longer appealed to me, but hey, it was ok because ARR was coming out. Then ARR came out and after the first few months of fun, I realized that the game offered no real depth. The fun I was having came from nostalgia and rediscovering the world. When I realized that crafting was of no use anymore, and that everything content wise was now an instanced dungeon grind, I got angry.

Now I'm left with close to 100 days left on my sub, and no desire to log in and do anything. I've had an MMO to play (with my husband, since we met via FFXI) for the past 8+ years and I really enjoyed having a community game. I've tried WoW, and got impressions from friends on other MMO's but none of them appeal to me and I don't know where to go next. Perhaps the days of having an MMO are now gone. *sigh*
