Hello in Marlboro Server having issues with doing things such as Duty finder and Open world content and everyone freezes from time to time for 3 to 8 sec then people rubber band all over the place, this happens every 20 to 25 sec. This has just starting happening for about 2 days now.

Anyone else having this issue?

yes I am on Pc and yes I do run a perfect 60 fps and no my ping is not horrible.

Ever since 2.16 came out, I've been getting random 90k's.
Whenever I 90k from an instance and log back in. It takes a lot of time for the game to load.

Primal Datacenter still has issues and hopefully it'll get fixed soon.

im not getting 90k tho, it's just the random freezing that happens and making the game pretty much unplayable.

hopefully this is fixed before patch 2.2

SE opened an investigation Wednesday for particular issues affecting instanced servers--notice is in Lodestone and Status sections if you missed it (March 5th posts). Your problems could tie into what they are working on. Might want to follow their instructions for reporting the issue in the appropriate channels, as this is for user-to-user support and not for contacting SE with technical issues.
