Yesterday I got another error 1016 error (that's the second 1016 error in the last 7 days ). In this post , they say
In the meantime, we are conducting daily analyses of data from our database servers and implementing temporary countermeasures against these issues as they crop up, but if you experience a 1016 error and become unable to log back in even after waiting some time, or if an item should inexplicably become lost, we ask that you please contact the in-game support desk or go to the Bug Reports section of the official forums, and submit details there.
My question is: do they fix this problem daily or only when maintenance occurred?
