You aren't expected to use twitch skills to stun within .5 secs of seeing the boss skill, you're supposed to be anticipating that boss skill and interrupting it when it happens.

So basically you believe it is good game design for players to have to wipe numerous times on an encounter until the boss rotations have been figured out, OR need to watch a video or read a strategy guide in order to clear?

I mean, really . You need to re-examine your statement.
