We have the most powerful on demand stun in the game. Yes it's on demand. It's consistent with the rest of the game design. None of our skills are truly instant. Everyone's experienced a missed benediction or seen hg animation go off before dying anyway. Same thing here. You aren't expected to use twitch skills to stun within .5 secs of seeing the boss skill, you're supposed to be anticipating that boss skill and interrupting it when it happens.
