    You don't balance a game for how it might hypothetically be in the future. You balance for it for how it currently plays for the paying customers.

    I support this in theory.

    I'm not sure I agree with all the specifics of what's been proposed, but I certainly think making the limit break system an individual resource would be better than what we have now. And definitely in favor of limit-break-summons.

    I can't say any other thing about this idea aside that I like it, because there's no much to say, wonderful...

    Hope Square Enix takes serious this and we will soon have personal limit breaks, or can use it despite our class, more variety, customization... It would be great, seriously. More ideas like this are welcome!

    I'm not one for looking at ff11 with rose-colored glasses but I MISS our two hours. I miss seeing monks hundred fisting the kraken nm on the ferry. I miss casting benediction on the party and then seeing the paladin popping invincible. Rangers with their eagle-eyed shot, black mages rocking with manafont, redmages with their macros flying because they just used their swiftcast two hour. I even look on fondly at the more useless two hours. Like Mighty Whiffs for warriors, Soul voice for Bards, the exploding Ninjas...

    I really miss the Dragoon's Spirit Surge. It was very under appreciated but amazing win used right.

    The limit break/two hour system is unique. No other mmo does this and I think every job/class deserves to see theirs but instead we only see two kind. Most tanks/healers have only seen theirs on the SE promotional videos and that just feels wrong to me.

    I think they would have to reduce the limit break system down to 5 min per limit break lvl considering there is a 5min interval between bosses.

    I would actually like the ability to use a limit break when soloing. Something weaker than even a level 1 limit break, though.

    Well, having some really cool ability you use once in a blue moon would be cool, too. But doesn't really fit in with the game balance. I remember EQ having abilities like that.
