d/ced and cant log back in

im on a jp server and after going into a hauke manor hard and d/cing havnt been able to log in at all with either of my characters for over a hr. each time i try to log in am hit with error 10105 and if i try again says there is a lobby error 2002 and shuts down my window. as soon as this ps4 beta started been having serious lag to the point i cant even connect combos on mnk without waiting an extra 2 secs in between. to top it off every day almost 5-7 d/cs on a pretty much dead server since its morning in jp when i play. what is going on? and when is this going to b fixed

They announced Wednesday that they are investigating these issues, and request you report your issue in different channels (this is user to user support, not for contacting SE).

They will likely be looking at some of these on a case-by-case basis like they were back during all the trouble we had during Beta4/Early Access and initial launching of 2.0. Here's a link to the notice in the Lodestone:
