Just a couple suggestions that I feel would greatly improve the experience in CT.

#1: Drop some gil from creatures.

(Just enough to cover repair costs. With as many times as people run through here in a week, repair costs can add up quickly.)


#2: If all players in one alliance pass on an item, offer that item to the other two alliances before letting it hit the floor.

(Far too often I see 3/4 or eve 4/4 loot items in a run hit the floor while someone in another alliance says they were hoping to get the exact piece that just got trashed. If alliance A opens their box and everyone passes on the loot they find, at least let that loot have a second chance to find a home before it's lost.)
