I'm not really sure that I can speak to the "thriving endgame" community -- but there's never a shortage of groups on the server. On Mondays after reset, there's usually over 25 parties recruiting for Coil/Extreme modes. On the other week nights, it's more like 15-20 groups of varying experience and success.

As a shameless plug, my static group is looking for a tank for the next few weeks and 2.2. We've cleared Turn 5 numerous times and only raid 3 hours a week.
