Steps:
1.I was doing my 400 pt faction leve Operation: Shuteye with my linkshell and we just downed Deadeyes.
2.The item chest appeared and I cleared space in my inventory to 99/100as I was 100/100
3.I opened the chest and was lucky enough to recive the item:Allagan Runestone-Azeyma
4.I then looked in my Inventory and My loot list only to find it hadn't dropped to me
5.I then saw a message in my log stating you were unable to obtain item :Allagan Runestone-Azeyma
6.I then re examined my inventory,cleared more space,looked in my loot list(only a wolf pelt inside)
7.A ls mate then suggested I complete the leve at the npc (war wolf?) where i did and only the leve item ripped haubergon apeared in my inventory
8.I then waited about 30 @ treespeak touching the crystal every few min to see if the item would drop,as you can reclaim items from leves.
9.after waiting,i then made a gm call but got a automated response to go to support.na.square-enix.com,I did and was given report #1172451 but had to wait untill monday during buisness hours to be able to chat with a rep.
10.upon contacting a rep[ I was told only a GM in game could assist me
11.after about 7 more GM attempts I finally recieved a reply from rep Melodicya.
12.I then explained my situation and was directed here by the GM
