Dear all,
I am considering to transfer to Tonberry server but that mean i am leaving my current FC (though, they are all gone).
But I am not clear the current situation of Tonberry.
Is it still having most English player? or the party finder are full of party with [jp only]?
Pls cap a screen for the PF in peak hour if you would be so kind!

I've transferred from from Masamune to tonberry and would say it's about 50% English and jp in party finder compared to the 80% jp only ratio on Masamune.

On phone can't screeny but Yes half the people you examine will be English too and easy to find an FC.
I was hesitant too but the forum activity is just way more active in comparison and was the final push.

I'll grab a screenshot for you later on, but at peak times, you can usually expect at least 15-20 PFs, and I'd say it's probably something like a 55/45ish JP/EN split? I have a screenshot from a few weeks ago but I think the English population has only increased since then and I'm noticing less of a disparity between the languages when it comes to Party Finder.

Peak times can be 15-25 PF parties but honestly it was never really 50%. The majority are still Japanese parties, I would say 2/3 of them are usually Japanese parties. It's still a JP server afterall - even for lower level dungeons, if you queue only E, it will be longer than queuing J & E. And yes if you queue J & E solo you will most likely end up in a J team too. Japanese players are still a majority but I think Tonberry is still having the highest concentration of English speaking players in a JP server.

EDIT: I've thought again about this, and I think PF currently are 2/3 JP because most of the English speaking players are chilling/semi retirement mode until 2.2. Maybe 1.5 to 2 months ago, yes PF may be 50% EN parties because people are still farming and trying to clear EX Primals. These days there are way less EN EX Primal parties around, usually the EN parties are BC parties, and recently there are more Turn 5 EN parties appearing.

Do state timezone though, cos currently it is not peak hour yet. It's now 4:14pm, GMT+9 (Tokyo time). Peak hour is in about 3-4 hour's time onwards.

Yeah I was planning on editing and add it later too if somebody else hasn't already.
Jp peak hour is the same as SEA/OCE peak hour.

I'm in tonberry now
I can say this server definitely has more English speaking community compared to the one I was before (ultima)
when I got in Tonberry the first thing I did was shout something in English and got people shouting back in English too ^^
anyway even if the pf got some jp party recruiting you can always see people shouting for party members in english
