I don't think my computer could handle it, but I know that if my computer could, I'd want the option - and it's not like I never plan to upgrade my PC.

Sometimes I have to play on my laptop which is 3 years old, and it can still handle the game on maximum settings, so you should probably think about upgrading your PC.

But of course higher resolution texture pack would be an option, for those who can and want to have them.
