No, not to kill, of course. I mean as a reason to make people think about navigating through the world. It sucks you can hop on a mount and just run through enemies. Having level 99 enemies strategically placed around new upcoming areas to get players to carefully sneak around them would help add some much needed dangers to adventuring. I really enjoyed trying to get to that next hard to reach aetheryte in 1.0 and what made it hard was figuring out how to sneak around a wild boar and a giant lizard. It took me like 100+ tries, but once I figured it out, it felt like an accomplishment and it's an experience I'll remember for years to come.

And who can forget those treants by the King Moogle fight? The ones that forced you to slowly make your way through them by walking and having to avoid that one mob that runs through them...I forgot the name of it.
