    question about skill points

    Maybe a stupid question but what exactly happens when i get the following message?

    "You earn reduced surplus h2h skill skill points due to fatigue"

    it means you are earning reduced skill points on hand-2-hand

    already fatigue on level 18 ? lol
    What you getting it's fatigue, meaning after x exp you get 10% less exp. If you continue to exp eventually you'll reach 0 exp, but it's almost impossible. After a week fatigue reset itself, and not exping that class also reduce fatigue.
    that said, soon fatigue will get rid, so don't mind it

    Every time you play through lvl 1 to lvl 18 in a row you get always fatigue. But fatigue in early stage isnt a problem or in early lvls. I went through 1 to 30 with fatigue and i still got a lot of sp. Just by doing at beginning leves with 5 stars and then went to behest
