It took me a second to notice, as well. The platform has an outer ring of bricks, three steps up, and an inner ring of bricks. Three of the four fixtures start on the bottom step and end on the inner ring. The fourth one starts on the outer ring and ends on the third step. On the three that match, you can see that the metallic part of the fixture has lips that jut an equal distance into the outer ring and past the inner ring. The other fixture starts a step too low and actually clips into the top one. An easy mistake to make - even easier to miss.
