    Feedback: F2P should be shamed

    LOVE the GMs here! I report something, doesnt take but 30min for a response! the F2P games should be shaaaamed and feel bad that they allow their games to be overrun with trolls and the like. Shout out to GM Mauksee for being totally nice and showing what REAL customer service should be!

    Depends, I was not so lucky. I had a simple reasonable request and it could not be fulfilled. I have sent 3 Emails trying to get a character transfer due to game breaking latency of 800-1000+ ms, I have only just come back to the game after a break. Now that the character creation restrictions have been lifted I thought the customer service team would be able to help. No luck yet..... Going to send them one more E-mail before I give up.
