I would pick the reward for my "main" class, i.e. the one you're currently leveling or the one you're enjoying most and you think you want to spend the most time with. If neither of the offered rewards is an upgrade you can pick one for one of your "alts" to use later, but really, it's up to you and I think you have your own answers to these questions
