Right now, you cannot enter coil once you have completed a Turn. This means once you have completed a Turn, you can no longer enter that Turn for the rest of the week.

Why is it designed that way, rather than a lockout system similar to CT's? Or a system that allows players to re-enter those Turns with their loot options all disabled?

Is it because they intended players to form static groups to complete coil? Any dev quotes would be nice. I'm curious.
