[Dev] World map transparency

While the existing world map is already an overlay, I must concur with the OP and say that an option to adjust the trasnparency would be appreciated.

Whether it's ambient lighting or my monitor settings I'd still like to be able to adjust the transparency.

I don't always play at the same time of day or under the same conditions, so instead of having to adjust my room/monitor/weather to make my world map transparency more noticable, I'd rather just be able to adjust it.
