Mount And Battle Chocobo Macro Revisited

Greetings,

When I'm FATE grinding by myself instead of in a party I like to use my battle chocobo to level it up and because it's useful. However in between fates I have to use a mount to run from FATE to FATE. Since I can't have my Battle Chocobo out at the same time as my mount I have to withdraw my Battle Chocobo and then mount each time. I have my mount/dismount keybound and I have keybound the "Withdraw" action, and a keybind to use Gayashi Greens to , but I really want to keybind a macro that will both withdraw and mount to use after every FATE. I've searched all over the internet and these forums for a solution to be able to summon a mount via a macro but have had no success. I've tried a myriad of different syntax combinations, for example:

/macroicon "Company Chocobo" mount
/companionaction "Withdraw"
/ac "Company Chocobo" mount

.. but have had no success whatsoever. The katella link described the /companionaction command and that was the closest I came to any sort of possible solution, but it doesn't seem to work.

If anyone has any information on either the command to withdraw a Battle Chocobo via a macro or the command to summon a mount via a macro I would be very grateful if you would share it.

If SE devs are paying attention (not really sure where to post this as a suggesion) please provide some insight to the solution, if there is one, and if not please consider this a request to include this functionality in the future.. the sooner the better

I'm not sure of any macro that you could use, but they did address this, and stated that you will be able to mount and dismount while your battle chocobo is out in patch 2.2. You will also be able to queue for duty while it's out without it automatically withdrawing you.

I thought they said the mounting part would be in 2.2 but the queuing wouldn't be until after 2.3

Actually you don't need a macro for the company chocobo mounting. Just use the default companion chocobo button when its been summoned using your greens and it will mount for you.

/ac "sword oath"
