    I can totally understand your frustration but myself and quite a lot of my friends and FC members play on the PS3 version and not getting disconnection issues. I used to get constant disconnection issues before changing providers and my router. Having your PC working fine is not evidence enough that your provider/network may not be causing the issue with the way it is handling the information transmitted and received by the PS3 as it uses totally different ports than a PC generally uses.

    I'm not saying you're not having issues because I've no doubt you are but checking out the port forwarding for the PSN and FFXIV may help resolve your problems.

    Yeah its pretty frustrating, but its what i get for giving into xfinity :\. I'll try out this "port forwarding for the PSN and FFXIV", hopefully it works ;_;, thanks for the advice.
