This game getting not nice to play anymore

For PS3 players there is a wait that other players need to realize. PS3 can't quickly skip the cutscenes and we only have to skip the cutscenes because the function to make scenes already seen not pop up just doesnt work. I would like to give commendations out to worthy players but they leave too fast not giving me time to skip the cutscene, I enjoy giving out commendations.

There is no such feature to skip all cutscenes you've already seen. There's a feature to skip transportation cutscenes you've already seen, but this appears to only apply to the cutscene when taking the airship.
